2. Data we process
- booking data: name, email, phone number and rental dates;
- billing data: address, Polish tax ID for businesses and payment information;
- technical data: server logs, IP address, browser and device information.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- booking and rental agreement performance;
- payments, invoicing and accounting under the agreement and legal obligations;
- customer support, security and claims under our legitimate interests;
- email marketing based on consent, which may be withdrawn at any time.
4. Data recipients
Data may be shared with hosting, email, booking and payment providers, accountants, advisers and public authorities only where necessary to provide the service or comply with law.
5. Retention
We retain data for the booking and agreement period and afterwards for tax, accounting and limitation periods. Consent-based data is retained until consent is withdrawn.
6. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, object to processing and withdraw consent. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.
7. Security and automation
We use technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to risk, including encrypted transmission and access controls. We do not make decisions producing legal effects solely by automated means.
