I. General rental terms
These terms govern camper and trailer rentals. The owner is ClickRent Demo (demo@clickrent.pl). Only drivers named in the agreement may drive. The renter is responsible for the vehicle, drivers, fines and compliance with these terms. Driving under the influence is prohibited.
II. Renter requirements
The renter must have full legal capacity, be at least 26, have held a category B licence for at least 3 years and present two valid identity documents. Every additional driver must meet the same requirements.
III. Agreement and payments
The agreement is made in writing, including by scanned or electronic signature. A 50% advance payment is due within 24 hours of booking; the balance is due no later than 14 days before rental. Cancellation charges are: 25% of the advance at least 61 days before rental, 50% at 31–60 days, 100% of the advance at 8–30 days and 100% of the price below 8 days.
IV. Service fee
A one-off PLN 300–500 fee covers vehicle preparation, cleaning, fluids, sanitary installation and handover training. It does not remove the obligation to return the vehicle clean.
V. Deposit and insurance
The deposit secures damage and missing items. If there is no damage, its return is ordered within 7 business days. The renter covers damage exceeding the deposit. The vehicle has mandatory third-party, comprehensive and accident insurance.
VI. Vehicle use
Unauthorised repairs, modifications, subletting, use outside insurance cover, smoking and carrying animals without written permission are prohibited. The maximum speed is 120 km/h and 100 km/h is recommended. A second person must assist when reversing.
VII. Handover and return
The vehicle must be returned on time, clean, with equipment, documents, the required fuel level, emptied tanks and a clean toilet cassette. Condition is recorded in reports and photographs.
VIII. Accident or breakdown
The renter must notify ClickRent Demo immediately and also notify the Police after a collision or accident. Further driving requires the owner's consent and must not compromise safety.
IX. Renter liability
Liability for road damage is up to PLN 15,000, or the full damage amount if insurance refuses payment because its conditions were breached. The renter is also responsible for the interior, equipment, fines and road charges.
X. Additional charges
Charges may apply for a dirty vehicle, tanks not emptied, missing fuel, smoking, unauthorised animals or drivers, missing keys or documents, wrong fuel, unauthorised repairs and late return. Unauthorised delay may cost PLN 500 per started hour for up to 12 hours, then three times the daily rate per day plus compensation for use without agreement.
XI. Complaints
Send complaints to demo@clickrent.pl. ClickRent Demo responds within 14 days. Consumers retain access to out-of-court dispute resolution.
XII. Personal data
ClickRent Demo processes data for bookings, agreement performance, settlements, legal duties and claims under GDPR and the Privacy Policy.
XIII. Final provisions
Amounts are gross prices in PLN. The vehicle may use GPS. Polish law, including the Civil Code, applies while mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
